2. Bookings & Payments

• Book via website, phone, WhatsApp, or email.
• Quotes depend on property size, condition, and service type.
• Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept bank transfer, cash, and digital payment options.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or changes.
• Late cancellations may incur a 50% fee.
• We may reschedule in case of unforeseen issues (e.g. illness or weather).

4. Access to Property

Please ensure our team can access the property. If access is denied and we cannot reach you, the visit may be cancelled and a call-out fee may apply.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not happy, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll re-clean any missed areas, subject to review.

6. Liability

• We are fully insured for public liability and property damage.
• We're not liable for pre-existing damage or general wear and tear.
• Secure any valuables or fragile items before cleaning.

7. Client Responsibilities

• Declutter areas to be cleaned when possible.
• Report any hazards (e.g. pests, unsafe equipment) in advance.
• Provide accurate property details when booking.

8. Eco-Friendly Products

We offer biodegradable product options. Please note not all products used are 100% biodegradable. Inform us of any sensitivities or preferences in advance.

9. Operating Hours

• Monday–Saturday: 6 AM – 8 PM
• Sunday: 8 AM – 8 PM
• Exceptions may be pre-arranged.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept any changes made.
